Use of the Platform
Decentralized and Non-Custodial
This platform functions entirely as a decentralized exchange. We do not hold, manage, or take custody of user funds. Every swap is executed through on-chain smart contracts, and output is delivered directly to the address you specify. At no point do we require access to, or control over, your private keys.
User Responsibility
By using this platform, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the addresses you provide and for the security of your own wallets and funds. The platform cannot reverse or recover transactions once they are broadcast to the blockchain.
Legal Compliance
Users are responsible for ensuring that their activity complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. The service must not be used for any unlawful purposes, including—but not limited to—money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
Privacy & Data Handling
No Personal Data Collection
We do not request, collect, or store personal information of any kind. The platform does not require user registration, identification, or account creation.
No Wallet Connection
Unlike most exchanges, we do not require users to connect a Web3 wallet. Instead, the system generates one-time deposit addresses for swaps, and users provide their preferred withdrawal addresses for outputs. This design maximizes privacy and reduces exposure.
No Cookies or Tracking
We do not use cookies, trackers, or profiling technologies. The platform does not monitor browsing behavior, store preferences, or collect device or network metadata. Your interaction with the service is limited strictly to the blockchain transactions you initiate.
Risks, Disclaimers & Liability
Market and Volatility Risks
Trading or swapping digital assets carries significant financial risk. Prices can fluctuate rapidly, and the value of your holdings may decrease without warning. The platform cannot guarantee liquidity, execution speed, or favorable exchange rates.
Blockchain and Smart Contract Risks
All transactions are executed on-chain and depend on blockchain functionality. Smart contracts are deployed with security in mind, but no blockchain system is entirely free from vulnerabilities, bugs, or potential exploits. By using the platform, you accept these inherent risks.
Limitation of Liability
The platform, its operators, and developers are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or claims resulting from your use. This includes, but is not limited to, losses due to price volatility, transaction errors, wallet mismanagement, malicious third-party actions, or network-level failures. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
